Meet Jenn

Hi, I'm Jenn.

I'm a mindfulness teacher, workplace psychologist, researcher, and mom of two who is passionate about helping people live and work with greater awareness, balance, and purpose.

For over fifteen years, I've helped leaders, employees, and organizations better understand the relationship between work and health. With a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, I've led numerous research and consulting projects focused on reducing work-related stress, supporting healthy leadership, and improving workplace culture.

My path to mindfulness grew from my own experience. Like many people, I found myself overwhelmed by the seemingly unrelenting demands of work, family, and everyday life. I noticed I was often distracted when spending time with my young kids—my mind occupied with planning, worrying, or trying to solve various work or life problems, instead of enjoying the moments right in front of me.

Practicing mindfulness has helped me to slow down, reconnect, and meet life's ups and downs with greater clarity and compassion. I became a mindfulness teacher through Brown University's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher Training Program to help others discover what becomes possible when we step out of autopilot and bring more presence to everyday life.

I teach mindfulness in a way that is practical, approachable, and grounded in both science and lived experience. Whether I'm leading a meditation, facilitating a workshop, or working with leaders and teams, my goal is the same: to help people cultivate greater presence, connection, and alignment with what matters most.

I created Aligned Insight Collective to bring together two passions that have shaped my life and career: helping people thrive through the science of work and health, and supporting growth through mindfulness. I believe that meaningful change begins with awareness, and that small shifts in how we pay attention can have a profound impact on how we live, work, lead, and connect with others.

I'm so glad you're here.
